With a special sleeve built in, TOYOCONNECTOR-F firmly fixes the hose, so liquid will not leak, and hoses will not become loose.
[Improving production efficiency]
Because hoses can be installed and replaced on-site, work efficiency can be improved. TOYOCONNECTOR-F fit perfectly (Figure 1) , so it is unnecessary to bother retightening them and their installation can be standardized.
[Economical]
Because TOYOCONNECTOR-F are fastened by nuts, and can be used repeatedly, they are economical. TOYOCONNECTOR-F can be used with two of our hoses, TOYOSILICONE (for pneumatic transportation) and TOYOSILICONE-S (for suction), for different purposes.
[Safe & security]
With the provided nipple, it is hard for liquid to stay in the hoses, so TOYOCONNECTOR-F are hygienic; perfect for food and drink products.TOYOCONNECTOR-F are made of stainless steel (SUS316L and SUS304) and fluorine resin, so they are resistant to corrosion , and hygienic.
[Reduction of waste]
TOYOCONNECTOR-F can be disassembled (Figure 2), so their materials can be easily separated and disposed of. (TOYOCONNECTOR-F are good for a stainless steel recycling system.)
