[Increased reliability]
Can reliably insert a hose as deep as the root portion of the fitting.TOYOCONNECTORS prevent hoses being pulled out, and liquids being leaked because of their innovative mechanical structures.
[Realization of reducing working time]
The installation section for the piping is separated from the insertion section for the hose. You can install and remove the hose easily and operation efficiency is improved(figure 1). In addition, the occurrence of kinked hose can also be prevented. TOYOCONNECTOR do not require time-consuming extra tightening work because of their innovative mechanical structures. Installation work can be standardized.
[Realization of energy saving]
Decreases fluid leaks and reduces pressure loss by the effective cross-sectional area wider (table 1) (bigger hole diameter) than that of a barbed nipple.
[Improved durability]
Stainless steel SCS13 (equivalent to SUS304) used for metal parts. So TOYOCONNECTOR are resistant to corrosion, highly durable, and resistant to steel elution.
[Reduction of waste]
Waste and expanses can be reduced because the connectors themselves are reusable.
